Terms Of Service

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of mobile car detailing services (“Services”) by CarShine Luxury Detailing (“CarShine,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to the customer (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”). By booking a service with CarShine, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms.

Services

CarShine Luxury Detailing offers premium mobile car detailing services, utilizing our specialized equipment and high-quality cleaning products, all provided at your chosen location. By booking our Services, you grant CarShine permission to access and detail the vehicle(s) in question.

Scheduling and Cancellation

To reschedule or cancel an appointment, customers must provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Failure to do so will result in a rescheduling fee of $50 or a cancellation fee of $100. CarShine values both your time and ours, and this policy ensures efficient scheduling for all parties.

Payment

Payment for Services is due upon the completion of the detailing appointment. We accept credit card, debit card, and e-transfers as a form of payment and do not accept cash, or check payments.

Insurance and Liability

Our detailers are highly trained professionals, and CarShine is comprehensively insured up to $2 million. While we exercise the utmost care during the detailing process, CarShine shall not be held responsible for any pre-existing damages. As we are not privy to a vehicle’s prior condition, we cannot be held liable for any post-detailing electrical issues. Nonetheless, should such issues arise, CarShine is committed to conducting an internal investigation and offering compensation if our actions are deemed responsible for the vehicle’s electrical problems.

Access to Water and Electricity

Appointments within the Greater Toronto Area require access to water and electricity at the Customer’s location. This includes access to tap water or equivalent for two buckets and a power source during the service.

Communication Policy

Upon booking a service with CarShine, Customers consent to receiving essential communications, including emails and text messages, related to their booking, appointment updates, and relevant information. CarShine will employ the contact information provided during booking for these communications only. Customer information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent.

By engaging CarShine Luxury Detailing’s Services, you acknowledge your understanding and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. These Terms are subject to change without prior notice, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically for any updates.
