CarShine was fantastic. I found them by asking ChatGPT! I hired them to do two internal cleans of an Tesla X and a BMW X5. First, they communicated really well. I had to be sure there was access to power, they followed up - basically they made sure in advance that it would be 100%. I received texts to confirm the appt, text to say the driver/van was on its way and arrival at our building at Avenue Road and St. Clair was exactly on time (within a couple of mins!). Kenn was exceptional and required no prompting on anything. He knew what he was doing, had all the tools he needed, a table to set up to clean mats, electric brushes to scrub what needed to be scrubbed - everything required to complete the job well. And he did. I never saw him take a break in almost six hours he spent on two cars. The result was two cars that felt like new when we got inside. Well done! Highly recommend.

Very happy with this company. After researching many other companies we chose this one because the customer service was great, I got a phone call back shortly after requesting more information and the woman was friendly and gave me all the options and details about the service and promised that the price would not change (as long as there wasn’t any deep stains or dog hair). The cleaner Kenn arrived on time and was friendly and professional. He worked way longer than he had to (in freezing weather), and got our old 2008 SUV looking brand new!! Highly recommend!
